Building the Visibility of the Field

The Roundtable works to build the overall Jewish social justice field so that the term "Jewish social justice" is better and more widely understood, which we believe, in turn, will benefit all our work. Our current field-building project is to enable our network to use the voter file, a cutting-edge data tool, to communicate with potential supporters -- specifically, American Jewish individuals who are likely to take action on social change issues. The voter file project is a strategy to expand the base of supporters of our organizations.

Previous field-building efforts have included briefings at the White House, a funder briefing, growing the number of organizations affiliated with the Roundtable and creating strategic resources like this pamphlet on the history of the Jewish social justice field.
