We are offering this invaluable resource just for the Roundtable. It will be tailored to us and our needs, and is a rare opportunity to dig into some important learnings in community with your peers.

This interactive workshop will explore how Jewish wisdom can inform our understanding of racial justice, delve deeply into the dynamics of implicit bias and how they play out in our organizations, and expand our awareness of the intersections of racism and anti-Semitism and their implications.

It will provide a tailored set of frameworks and concrete tools, particularly relevant to those working in the the Jewish social justice field, in an environment of curiosity, compassion and challenge.

Who should come?

It's completely up to your organization who to send based on the goals above. You can bring staff, board members, or lay leaders. This is mostly geared towards staff, though, and we suggest inviting lay leaders only if they are very much involved in deliberating how to apply racial justice to your organization's work (internally or externally to the organization).

Please RSVP here by August 11
